USA sliding down to communism ?

It's been a while since I wrote something on this blog. Lot's of things have changed. I work now for a company that outsources a large portion of it's business to third world countries (and mine :-) ). It's a fantastic experience to work with all those creative and capable people. I'm learning a lot , and also learning how to get along in corporate environment.
The first thing that catches your attention is that women are the base of everything. They can handle everything, and have nerves like ropes. CEO is multitasking between three companies. How she does it, don't know ?
I was also intrigued by another thing. Thing that comes with internet age, and that I have encountered before , but in different form.
While living in Communism and after that in Socialism, and all of the "ism's", you start to notice good and bad things in them. It was good that we were able to have 30 days of vacation every year. Seaside for everyone and mountain for everyone in wintertime, no mater if you are line worker or manager. There was no way that you could get rich, but also there was no way for you to die from hunger. It was something in the middle for everyone. We were taken care of.
In companies of that time there was a practice of "diluted responsibility". If CEO wanted to move the table from point A to point B, subordinates would form a panel, and decide in a group that "table should be moved from point A to point B". They would sign the right side of the paper (all 5 or 6 of them), but still would left the CEO filed on a left side of the document to be signed. That way , every decision made was a group one, but CEO is the only responsible person for the table movement.
It was a very different thing in Capitalism of that time. You have a task, you do it, you fail, you get fired. As simple as that.
But now, internet is here, so now we're implementing new "modus operandi" in new age companies. The scenario looks something like this"
Jon Smith, the manager, gets the task to move a table from point A to point B, but he's not sure whether he should move it by hand , or hire outside company to do it for him and avoid liability issues. He consults with he's subordinates, and probably they will have different opinions on this issue.
This is a point where communism kicks in. Our friend Jon starts mailing everyone. From security guards on the door, to check if it is possible to open both doors so the table can reach point B? He mails subordinates, just to keep them in the loop, and eventually he mails he's CEO, "to keep him in the loop too". After 1000 e-mails with 30 recipients, and list that even google can't index, who's the key person to make executive decision? CEO of course! So we have joint panel of the right side of the paper , and CEO on the left side. Responsibility is diluted, and you may connect the dots between all of the "ism's" .
So if You look at the big picture, it's obvious that in between of Capitalism, Outsourceism and Communism stands Alcoholism. Only the drunk one would slip from Capitalism to Communism without noticing it.
People, take it easy on Beer and CC-ing everybody in Your e-mails. Who knows what regime in You may wake up, with terrible headache.
