Clothe are cheap."これは わたしの 大学です。 大学の おおきいたてものです。 わたしは げんきです。 ようふくが やすいですよ。"University" is usually called 「大学」. 「大学校」 is usually used to state the formal name of the university."Building" is better to say 「たてもの（建物）」 in usual conversation. 「けんちく（建築）」sounds quite formal, like "construction", "structure" or "architecture".「いりょう（衣糧）」 is also too formal for clothes... :) Generally, 「ようふく（洋服）」 is better."Cheap" is 「やすい」. (not 「やふい」), but it may be just a typo, I guess. :)The particle "wa" should be written as 「は」. This is important!I'm sorry to correct so many.
